What is Web-STIR?
Web-STIR is the basic internet accessible option for ABYC's Standards and Technical Information Reports for Small Craft that includes all the information contained on the ABYC CD-ROM (all ABYC standards, Comparison Reports, the United States Coast Guard's Rules and Regulations and the USCG Compliance Guidelines) in a web based PDF format that may be accessed from any location with a DSL or better internet connection.
