Contribute to the Foundation

Since 1988, the ABYC Foundation has directed its energies toward all aspects of boating safety and marine workforce excellence through ABYC. The industry has workforce professionals who struggle to afford the proper training needed to ensure boats are being built, maintained and repaired to safer standards. Boaters are at risk to both life and limb because they remain uninformed about safety risks such as outdoor carbon monoxide poisoning or potential hazards imposed by propellers.

However, each of us can support ABYC's mission of Education and Training by making a contribution which can make a difference in the future professionalism of the marine industry.

While the Foundation accepts alternative donations to cash such as securities, real-estate and in-kind services, monetary donations remain the most direct way to "give back" to the marine community for the safety of all boat owners and marine professionals for many years to come.
