Since 1988, the ABYC Foundation has directed its energies toward all aspects of boating safety and marine workforce excellence through ABYC. The industry has workforce professionals who struggle to afford the proper training needed to ensure boats are being built, maintained and repaired to safer standards. Boaters are at risk to both life and limb because they remain uninformed about safety risks such as outdoor CO poisoning or potential hazards imposed by propellers.
However, each of us has the capacity to directly assist ABYC address such topics, and thereby, make a difference in creating a healthy future for the boating industry by contributing to the ABYC Foundation today!

While the Foundation accepts alternative donations to cash, such as donations of appreciated property or In-Kind donations of services or materials, monetary donations to the ABYC Foundation remain the most direct way to "give back" to the marine community in a timely manner.
