Accident Investigation
This two day seminar will take the student through the investigative process of boating accidents, including accident reconstruction. Course is designed for marine surveyors, USCG personnel, boat builders and insurance personnel. Fiberglass failure & scratch analysis as well as electrical wire analysis is discussed. Proper accident documentation and spoliation of evidence is reviewed. Other topics include using standards in litigation and "rules of the road."
