Marine Accident/Collision Investigation
A three-day seminar, this program will take the student through the investigative process of boating accidents, including accident reconstruction. Course is designed for marine surveyors, USCG personnel, boat builders and insurance personnel. Fiberglass failure and scratch analysis as well as electrical wire analysis is discussed. Proper accident documentation and spoliation of evidence is reviewed. Other topics include:
